A Wisconsin-based flag-selling company, Liberty Flag Specialty Co., has  now filed for bankruptcy protection.

The flag selling shop only has nine employees and is located on Main Street in Reedsburg. The cash used to file for bankruptcy was going to go to its lender Community First Bank, but it will now go toward Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
