Wisconsin amusement park faces foreclosure

The Wisconsin amusement park where a Florida girl suffered serious injuries after falling 100 feet from a ride is set to go into foreclosure.  Extreme World in Lake Delton had a civil foreclosure action lawsuit filed against it in December but the sale of the property has been delayed several times.

Currently, the sale is set to occur October 19th at the Bank of Wisconsin Dells’ request.  The bank, who won a $2.7 million judgement against the park, did not give a reason for delaying the auction.
