Milwaukee recycling company files for Ch. 7

A West Bend recycling company, National Environmental Solutions, LLC, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection earlier this week.  The recycling company’s president, Dean C. Schwichtenberg, also filed for bankruptcy.

According to court documents, National Environmental Solutions, LLC has assets in the range of $0 to $50,000 and liabilities in the range of $1 to $10 million.  In filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Schwichtenberg and National Environmental Solutions, LLC will be able to clear their debts by liquidating whatever assets they have.

The recycling company was established in 1995 and is located in South Industrial Park.  National Environmental Solutions, LLC primarily serves hospitals, printing plants, and other businesses.
