Justin Kelly

The chances are pretty good that if you call DeLadurantey Law Office with questions about filing bankruptcy, Justin is one of the first people you’ll talk to. Justin maintains an intense desire to see that every client who visits DeLadurantey Law Offices receives the special, personal treatment that they deserve. No client is ever just a number here; they are people who have turned to us for help – and that’s what they’ll find.
Justin knows that behind every good attorney, there is at least one good paralegal. To that end, Justin is the senior paralegal behind all Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases for DeLadurantey Law Office, handling all of the paperwork that clients bring to the office, preparing cases for review, and communicating with trustees and court staff.
A native of the Chicago suburbs, Justin has relocated back to the Midwest after a 15 year stint in Houston. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Lone Star College, a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science & Speech Communication) from Houston Baptist University, and is a graduate of the Oak Brook College of Law in Fresno, CA. Justin feels back at home in the Midwest, and prefers the cooler climate and big city feel in Milwaukee to the hot, humid summers of the South (although he does miss eating at Chick-Fil-A).
When he’s not at the office, Justin enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, board games, reading, and exercising his second amendment rights at the local gun range. Justin is a member of the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus and is also active with his church.
