Anton Nickolai

Born and raised right here in Wisconsin, Anton B. Nickolai is a highly respected Chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney.

As the manager of the firm’s Chapter 13 practice, Anton’s main focus is to help individuals and families to reach their financial goals through a Chapter 13 reorganization.  He believes very strongly in keeping his clients informed and involved every step of the way, so as to ensure that their cases proceed as smoothly and efficiently as possible from start to finish. He is always welcoming of questions and inquiries by phone or email.

In his spare time, Anton enjoys reading, spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, and cheering on his Green Bay Packers.

Anton received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University, and obtained his Juris Doctorate at John Marshall Law School. Anton is admitted to practice law in both Wisconsin and Illinois, in addition to being admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the United States Tax Court. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
